Rule of Play for Vintage Car Online and Electronic Raffle

RULES OF PLAY FOR DRAW #10904

1 The lottery for the Vintage Car will take place starting May 25, 2019 until June 30, 2020, closing at 12:00 a.m. midnight, EST. The draw to take place at 10:00am on July 1, 2020. The winning ticket number will be listed on the website at 11:00am on July 1, 2020

2. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.

3. Tickets are 1 for $100. A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold.

4. Tickets will be available online and at all events held throughout the building at the CNIB Lake Joseph Centre.

5. Tickets will be sold using online at www.cnibcarraffle.ca. Electronic point of sale raffle system will be sold at the CNIB Lake Joseph Centre on August 24th, 2019.

6. After buying, patrons will be given by the sellers, a receipt with their registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly. All patrons will be required to give their name, address, and phone number for each ticket bought.

7. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.

8. The winning number will be announced on the cnibcarraffle.ca website.

9. The winner may claim their prize by contacting CNIB at: (437) 688-2087or by email at: danielle.brown@cnib.ca. The ticket may then be brought to 1929 Bayview Avenue at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be presented the vintage car and ownership. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies.

10. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.

11. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.

12. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given the prize. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

13. In the event that no winner comes forward after six months, the CNIB will redraw a new ticket, the winning ticket will remain on the CNIB website and www.cnibcarraffle.ca for six months. If there still is no winner the process will continue until a winner has been verified.

14. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the lottery: CNIB Board Members (--Applicants are encouraged to refer to the general conflict of interest guidelines outlined in Section 3.5.3 and raffle licence conflict of interest guidelines in the Lottery Licencing Policy Manual (LLPM) and available at www.agco.on.ca. As well Raffle Licence and Electronic 50/50 Terms and Conditions.--)

15. The above set of rules will be posted at each event.
